As a company, we offer you a future within a growing organization like no other in the industry.The job consists of the following main topics:Trouble shooting:As a trouble shooter you will be there in the technical area to support our dealer network in Europe with technical issues.
You work for the manufacturer and are the link between the dealer, technician and the manufacturer's plant.
You define the procedure and initiate the appropriate solution measures.Dealer support:You make sure that the dealer gets what he needs to do his job efficiently.
You proactively ensure field actions, support on-site troubleshooting, online and on-site training for our systems and accompany the dealer as a contact person for technical questions.Requirements You already work in technical support or are a customer service technician or technical trainer.
