You will also provide specific services to all eligible beneficiaries including beneficiary education and enrollment designed to assist in operating an integrated healthcare delivery system for all eligible beneficiaries overseas.
Under minimal supervision, you will serve as a TRICARE liaison for the beneficiary population.
This great job opportunity makes a difference for so many of our valued military families!PRIMARY DUTIES: Travel 25% to 75% of the time to multiple sites.Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and more using the Defense Online Enrollment System, Customer Relationship Manager systems, etc.Register TRICARE beneficiaries in the MHS Genesis system Perform Primary Care Manager changes, following the Military Treatment Facility guidelinesProvide education on resources and benefits, enrollment/disenrollment information, and customer service to beneficiaries on the phone and in personCollect, process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty and active-duty family member portability/disenrollment processesConduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, Maternity, pre-separation/retirement, and othersProvide basic claims assistance such as providing information on the status of claimsCollect and record other Health Information into applicable systemsAssess the appropriate assistance level needed and refer or escalate as needed to address the issue at handCollect and report information on daily activities performedComplete on a timely basis and comply with HIPAA regulations, Leidos, and other training and refresher coursesMaintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health InformationProvide remote support to Leidos BSRs at other sitesAdhere to a business casual dress codeProvide shadowing support to new BSRs as neededOther duties as assignedMINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS:High school diploma or GEDMust be SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee or US Contractor supporting the DoDMust be a US CitizenBe eligible for and maintain ADP IT III / Non Sensitive Position, Tier 1Will be expected to travel to multiple sites from 25%-75% of the timeThree years' cumulative experience in the following areas:Experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care medical/administrative environmentExperience in a medical or clinical environmentExperience with MHS Genesis or civilian healthcare computer system and in processing medical claimsExperience in a customer service environmentDESIRED:Be fluent in EnglishProficient in written and oral communicationsPossess effective presentation skillsComputer literate with Internet research experienceProficient with Microsoft Office 2010 or later applications—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to reply tactfully with people on the phone and in personAbility to work independently and under minimal supervisionExcellent organizational skills and time management skillsDetail orientedAbility to multitaskKnowledge of Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System and MHS Genesis.Apply today to learn more about how you can join this worthwhile missionOriginal Posting Date:While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $28,600.00 - $51,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
