Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for regular cash forecasting and coordination of payments. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet operational and financial obligations, monitor and maintain optimal levels of liquidity. Support automation and modernization of the existing Treasury operations. Maintain strong relationship with banks and other financial service providers. Develop & run treasury reporting and track KPI, provide accurate and timely information to senior management, auditors, and other stakeholders. Supports and consults the team in operational challenges and projects. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and treasury policies. Act as Treasury Subject Matter expert, provide guidance, coaching & training to team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the treasury & wider finance department. Drive implementation of cash pooling in the group and great working capital management. Requirements: You have 2 years of experience in Treasury/Finance. You have specific knowledge and experience in cash flow modeling. You have a solid understanding of budget planning and finance. Experience in data analytics. You have the flexibility to navigate challenging situations in a competent and confident way. Full Professional level English and Spanish. Knowledge of other European languages (Italian, German, French, Portuguese) will be considered a plus. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
