The Treasury Presales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our product by collaborating closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in treasury management, a strong understanding of SaaS solutions and exceptional communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and articulate the value of our solutions effectively.

What will you do?Client Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to engage with potential clients, understand their treasury management needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's treasury products and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design and propose customized solutions that address their specific challenges in treasury management.Demo Presentations: Lead product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our treasury SaaS solutions to prospective clients.RFP/RFI Responses: Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring alignment with client requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the product management and development teams to relay client feedback, influence product enhancements, and ensure alignment with market needs.Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal sales teams and partners, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the product and its value proposition.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, trends, and threats within the treasury management space.Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, positioning Embat as a thought leader in treasury management.What are we looking for?Experience: 7+ years of experience in treasury management, presales, or a related field, preferably within a Fintech or SaaS environment.We are looking for a hybrid profile willing to work with different teams and have a global impact. You need to be able to understand the big picture.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.Customer-Centric Attitude: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.Technical Skills: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools. Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, financial software and treasury management systems.Bachelor's Degree: Finance, Business, or a related field.
