In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial controlling and treasury activities across Habyt, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. If interested, please send us your most updated CV in English. Your responsibilities Closing Processes: Assist in month-end and year-end closings to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Management Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports. Financial Control: Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all financial transactions and reporting. Treasury Management: Oversee daily and weekly payment runs, ensuring smooth treasury operations. Monitor and manage invoicing procedures and accounts receivables. Handle collections and payables, specifically for tenant and landlord accounts. Record Keeping: Create and maintain detailed records of invoices and deposits for landlords and tenants. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external accountants, auditors, and financial partners. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional assistance to the Finance Team as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of a growing organization. Your qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. At least 3 years of experience in financial controlling or treasury roles. Experience in startups or scale-ups is a strong advantage. Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with financial management tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration. A proactive, quick learner who thrives under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. A flexible and hands-on attitude, with a willingness to go beyond defined responsibilities to achieve team objectives. Full professional fluency in English is required; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
