Play a critical role in the operational management of Beam Suntory's financial records and internal controls

Role Responsibilities
Provide TBO administrative services
Be main contact person internal customers and banks
Procedures creation, improvement (TBO specifications)
Develop a close interaction with the rest of the company departments mainly the Treasury Front Office teamand AP, Payroll, Tax and HR.
Ensure and accuracy of all data and reports.
Improve reconciliations processing systems by working closely with the I.T. department finance department
Create and analyse TBO KPIs to be determined with the customer and to be sent to the business on aregular basis.
Improve bank reconciliation processes developing Kyriba tool
Qualifications
Ability to meet deadlines for multiple stakeholders
Problem Solving & Change Management skills
SOX/Internal Controls knowledge
Fluent verbal & written English and Spanish
Multicultural, open to deal with diverse stakeholders as well as ability to work well with cross-functionalt eams
Proficient in Excel and Word
SAP experience preferred
Concur experience preferred
Kyriba experience preferred
