.Job SummaryThe Treasury Senior Analyst supports the Global Treasury Operations team. The Treasury Senior Analyst will provide coverage globally, considering that different time schedules could be applied to the position. The Treasury Senior Analyst is responsible for a variety of activities (depending on the job dimension/hiring needs) that ensure the daily run and maintenance of operations within the Global Treasury team. The Treasury Senior Analyst will also provide support to the Treasury organization as and when required (M&A, projects). The Treasury Senior Analyst ensures that daily operations are aligned with standard processes, procedures, and policies without any deviation.Operational Responsibilities:Focuses on daily operational tasks that could include bank documentation, forecast & positioning, inter-entity transactions, confirmations & settlements, Treasury systems (including banking portals) and interfaces, as well as in-house bank activities or insurance & pensions administrative tasks.Handles routine transactions such as Treasury reconciliation and monthly control reports and manual postings documentation.Involved in data gathering and preliminary analysis, generally following predefined processes and procedures.Data Gathering & Reporting: Responsible for collecting and preparing data for daily, weekly, monthly, and/or yearly Treasury reports. These reports may include liquidity analysis and cash flow forecasts used by associates or Treasury upper management for decision-making.Assists more senior team members by gathering and compiling data for financial modeling and risk assessments. Plays a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and availability.Maintains accurate records of all treasury transactions ensuring compliance with audit and reporting requirements, including preparing documents for external and internal auditors.Compliance & Risk Management Support: Ensures that all treasury activities follow the organization's internal controls, policies, and procedures.Helps monitor basis risks such as liquidity by daily tracking of cash positions to ensure sufficient cash is available to meet operational needs.Assists in ensuring compliance with external regulations (e.G., anti-money laundering, payment rules, KYC).Qualifications: Common understanding and knowledge of financial instruments.Excel user is desired.Advanced communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with external (banks) and internal customers (other functions).2+ years of experience in a financial environment is preferred, but we also seek demonstrable evidence of your ability in financial operations or related fields.Exposure to financial operations through internships, part-time roles, or entry-level positions in finance, accounting, or banking.Experience working with cash management, accounts payables, receivables, or similar functions is ideal.Hands-on experience in transaction processing
