At this time and due to the growth of our business, we need to incorporate in our offices located in Madrid a:TREASURE SUPERVISORThe selected person will have, among others, the following responsibilities:Track the current situation of bank accounts regularly, providing suggestions on accounts optimization based on actual conditions.Work closely with the local Treasure department to make statistical info for Funds in Bank/Factoring/Reverse Factoring/Guarantee/Promissory Notes/Bond, and update the information regularly.Be involved in liquidity forecasts to ensure all major funds requests have been considered during the whole process.Work with the treasure team to monitor collections and payments and form weekly/monthly/quarterly reports including forecasts for the further period.Advanced reminders for the coming maturity including bank debt/Factoring/Reverse Factoring/Promissory Notes/Bond.Be in charge of communication for issuing guarantees between projects and the treasure department to ensure information is adapted for beneficiaries and issuers.Be involved in financing business to cooperate with other colleagues as well as coordinate with banks for the purpose of funds raising.Other tasks assigned by the finance leader.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, with an accounting or financial-related education background.Fluency in Spanish/Chinese/English both verbal and written is a must.Above 3 years working experience in financing/treasure positions, with the ability to handle multiple data and form Excel tables and reports.Working experience in a construction company will be a plus.It is a plus to have a good relationship with financial institutes locally.Good communication with different teams or third parties is a must.Individual SAP operation experience will be a big advantage.Acute sense of figures and practiced user in MS Office are necessary.What will we do for you:We will give you stability with a permanent contract and a pleasant and lasting environment.A salary commensurate with your experience and ability.We will show you our flexible remuneration plan (transportation ticket, restaurant, medical insurance, and childcare).We offer you flexibility in check-in and check-out times.We will give you training options adapted to your position as well as constant learning.
