We principally develop civil works and railway infrastructures, and also operate in renewable energy, concessions, edification and industrial projects.At this time and due to the growth of our business, we need to incorporate in our offices located in Madrid a:TREASURE SUPERVISORThe selected person will have, among others, the following responsibilities: Track the current situation of bank account regularly, provide suggestion on accounts optimization based on actual condition; Work closely with localTreasure department to make or update statistical info. for Funds in Bank/ Factoring/ Reverse Factoring/ Guarantee/ Promissory Notes/ Bond with the data gained from SAP; Assist Treasure leader to make reporting regularly for funds/bank account/ guarantee/ loan...; Be involved in liquidity forecast to ensure all major funds requests been considered during the whole process; Work with treasure teamto monitor collections and payments and form weekly/monthly/quarter report including forecast of the further period; Advanced reminder for the coming maturity including bank debt/ Factoring/ Reverse Factoring/ Promissory Notes/ Bond...; Be in charge of communication for issuing guarantee between projects and treasure department to ensure information adapted for beneficiary and issuer; Be involved in financing business to cooperate with other colleagues as well coordinate with banks for the purpose of funds raising; The other tasks assigned by finance leader. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, accounting or financial related education background Fluency in Spanish and Chinese, both verbal and writing is a must Above 3 years working experience in financing/ treasure position, with the ability to handle the multiple data and form excel tables and reports Working experience in construction company will be a plus It is a plus to have good relationship with financial institutes in local Good communication with different teams or the third-party is a must Ability of individual SAP operation experience will be a big advantage Acute sense on figures and practiced user in MS Office are necessary.
