Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer

Shift : Days / 7a-5:30p, 10×4, 40 hrs per week, for weekend coverage

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in a large tertiary care center is required; may screen if strong skill set and less than 3 years of experience

BLS

RDCS- Adult, RCS

General Skills Experience: Portables are both required while TEEs is preferred

Equipment/Scanner Experience Preferred: Phillips

Other Details:

Daily Caseload: 8-10 pts/ day

Unit Accepts first-time Traveler: Yes

Scrub Color: Cranberry and/or hunter green

Patient Age Group: Adults and Geriatrics

Sonographer will be expected to perform bedside studies as well as patients who come to the dept. (both inpatient and outpatient)

Sonographer will be expected to participate in weekend rotation which typically means every 5th weekend

Sonographer may also be expected to pick up a day of call during the week if needed

Sonographer must live within a 60 mile radius of the hospital
