Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in specialty applying for. American Heart Association BLS Certification is required. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, etc. may also be required for some units (Career Placement Specialist will specify).

JOB DESCRIPTIONNurses will provide care to women and their newborns throughout antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages. They will support and monitor mothers and their babies during birth and deal with any potential problems that may arise. Nurses may also provide support and education after birth to families.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery, with the ability to scrub C-section, and must uphold the mandatory BCLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitor Course certifications. Preferred certification consists of a critical care course or TCU course.
