What you'll do
As a Travel & Expenses (T&E) Specialist you will be responsible for three main areas. The first is related to providing a good customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You will also perform expense audits and lastly ensure smooth payments to relevant parties. The location is Madrid (metro Cuzco).
Main responsibilities:
- 1st line support, handling online queries in EMEA and US
- Update, maintain and educate about manuals, T&E guidelines/policy, webinars, info etc.
- Profile support to end users. Forwarding/informing about other support where needed (IT/PX etc.).
- Concur Audit and compliance check. Follow up on compliance issues and escalate if required.
- Perform Travel payment process (EMEA, Americas) to secure lodge card payments.
- Support business with knowledge, and improvements to existing work structure, conduct education and training.
- Reporting to key stakeholder upon requests (ex Insurance, Tax Office), specific travel and expense reports i.e. total volumes, time periods, amounts, VAT.
- Produce/gather ad hoc T&E data for specific reasons (ex Labour Affairs, Corporate Security). Confidential information requested.
- Improvements requests, like gathering of data for harmonization of T&E operations.
- Support and set up local reporting as well as align with global travel & expense management reporting and strategies (performance steering).
- Be involved in different global projects and support with data/input (example Robotics, Snow and Power BI.)
What you'll bring
You have a university degree within Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar. You have some years of experience in finance or operations. Previous experience in T&E will be positive valued. You are good communicator and are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders around the world.
