Position: Customer Service Representative (Slovenian)
Employment Type: Full-time, 38.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday)

Duties and Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Advisor for a prestigious travel company, you will be responsible for understanding and addressing customer needs. You will engage with international travelers and accommodation providers worldwide, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service. Your role will involve clarifying inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements, providing accurate information, and adhering to established processes via email and phone.
