What you can expect in this role Competent advice to our mostly Danish-speaking customers on all questions concerning motorhome travel by telephone and email for our CamperDays portalPreparation of tailor-made offers for camper bookingsTaking up change requests from customers (rebookings, special requests, complaints)Correspondence with tour operatorsUsing your country-specific know-how for optimizing our website Your essential experience and education Impeccable Danish and English skillsA friendly, positive charisma and enjoyment of customer serviceInitial experience in customer service, the hotel industry or tourismEnthusiasm for traveling, preferably also personal camper experience in one of our destinationsYour ability to work in a team and strong communication skillsFlexibility in terms of your working hours (occasional assignments on weekends and public holidays) What's in it for you?
