About this role:This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join Gartner's Global Travel & Expense team as a Travel & Expense Specialist responsible for supporting our global Source to Pay program. As a T&E Specialist, you will get to work with Gartner associates all over the world while you help them navigate policy, tools, and processes. You will also have the opportunity to assist with managing Gartner's global travel, corporate card, and expense providers.What you will do:Answer complex questions from Gartner's global associates and suppliers on our processes within our defined service levels.Assist travelers with transient and group travel needs in collaboration with Gartner's preferred suppliers.Understand and support Gartner's travel, expense, suppliers and conferences processes and Global T&E Policy.Provide support and education to associates on general T&E and suppliers process inquiries.Collaborate with preferred travel, expense and corporate card suppliers.Drive continuous process improvements by supporting management initiatives.Support transient, conference and group travel teams in travel related initiatives.Coordinate projects and other responsibilities as assigned.What you will need:Bachelor's Degree in related fields.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.Be autonomous and own your role.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
