We are looking forA driven and enthusiastic Team Leader Travel - Spanish and Italian Speaking (m/w/d), with experience in the Travel industry and customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who has the ability to coordinate a group of travel agents by supporting them in day-to-day operations.
Your role in BizAwaySupervising and managing the Vigo Travel Agent TeamOverseeing training for all Travel Agents in our Vigo OfficeHandling customer complaints, supporting critical incident pathways, and improving workflows for efficiencyMaintaining confidentiality and data protection compliance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standardsSupporting the Agents in responding to our Client's requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests via our platform, managing escalationsEntering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update bookingsMaking reservations for our Clients through the PlatformExplaining rules and procedures for using our service on the PlatformExplaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.
