Job Description:An opportunity for a manufacturing engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).The selected candidate will join the production Activity Controller_AG.RESPONSIBILITIESGuide the implementation of the first installation with the feedback received from the workshop.Create/Update the BoM/routings/SOI taking into account the workshop needs, time calculation and complying with the Golden Rules of Work Preparation in accordance with the applicable processes.Specify the industrial resources (Equipment, tools, fixtures, Machines,...) requirements for the creation or modification.Plan regular exchanges of opinions with the production team.Manage key/recurring work preparation issues that have been escalated by the production/shop technical support team.Communicate directly and physically participate in the routines of the production team.Support continuous shop floor improvements by providing expertise in work preparation when issues are not managed at the shop level by technical support.Provide support to the PPE in evaluating the industrial impacts of the modifications and transforming industrial requirements to design and the supply chain.Responsible for configuration management support.Organize and support P-FMEA/FMEA.Depending on the division, provide technical knowledge to the DPE.Within the ME role, in supply chain management, guarantee total and effective consistency of data (e.g. lost parts, stock, impact of materials planning).SKILLSIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
