Transportation manager is a critical function within Bigblue Operations with direct impact on service levels, capacities, costs and carbon footprint.This new role represents a unique opportunity to be part of an international team with a meaningful impact on our customers, to work on exciting projects, and to gain a 360-degree view of the e-commerce supply chain.MissionsEnd-to-end owner of all portfolio transportation processes, from the collection at Bigblue warehouses to delivery to the final customer.Owns the whole Spanish carrier portfolio & support local team to solve operational issues.Lead and support pan-EU initiatives (improvement & innovation).Work hand in hand with Data Analyst to develop and monitor a full set of Transportation KPIs.Support other Bigblue departments (Customer Care, Warehouse, or Product teams).Support the Head of Transportation in capacity planning, market research, and sourcing of new carriers.Requirements2 Years of Supply Chain/Transportation/Project Management related experienceMaster's degree or higher in Business, Management, Transportation or other technical fieldFLUENT in Spanish and English.Proven analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization.Experience in prioritizing multiple concurrent topics while still delivering timely and accurate results.Strong stakeholder management capabilities.Customer-centric.
