With pride, we can say that we have been among the best in the recruitment field for 17 years.For one of our clients – a multinational transport and logistics company providing complete services in the field, we are on the lookout for the next Transportation and Logistic Dispatcher with Turkish and English (Work from Sofia/Bulgaria/from 2800 to 3000 BGN Gross).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Schedule drivers and assign routes according to their availability, location, and load needs.Design and improve delivery routes to ensure punctual deliveries.Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support.Serve as a liaison between drivers, customers, and the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.Ensure deliveries are on schedule and promptly address any delays or issues that arise.Track the real-time location of trucks and shipments using GPS and other tracking tools.Deliver exceptional customer service by updating clients on delivery statuses and managing any potential delays.Requirements:Proficiency in Turkish and English.
