You ensure the administrative follow-up, accepting transport orders and ensuring the execution of the agreed transport orders. If agreed delivery times are not met, you take the necessary actions. You process customer and transport orders in the company system and prepare the necessary documents and planning. You take care of the follow-up with the client on their shipments and will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. You use an extensive knowledge of the transport and logistics sector to make recommendations for good customer relations.KNOWLEDGE IS POWER We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. You are strong in communicating with various partners (customers and suppliers). You are solution-oriented and can take the necessary decisions.
