The key purpose of the role is to create an optimal transport plan to guarantee customer service levels for transport considering existing business and legal rules and minimizing costs.

What you will doOptimize the daily transport planning through a TMS (Transport Management System) within the timelines expected, trying to fulfill the trucks and save costs, respecting the business agreements. Scope: domestic and international shipments.Communicate with stakeholders from all around Europe.Manage the transport incidences through a Ticketing Tool.Follow up on the planned transports to ensure the delivery time is respected.Proactively advise about improvements on transport planning scope.Who you are 1-2 years working experience, ideally in Transport Planning and Execution.English and French language is mandatory.University Degree or equivalent.Additional languages are a plus (German, French, Italian, Spanish).Interest in Transportation and Supply Chain.Collaborative person, looking forward to work in a growing multicultural company.Ability to manage and meet deadlines and multi-task daily activities.Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is mandatory. Knowledge of software as TMS, SAP or Ticketing Tool will be a plus.Proactive, continuously improving and looking for process efficiencies.Additional information:
