Based at our headquarters in Dromore, Co. Tyrone, the Transport Administrator along with the existing Logistics Team will ensure the timely and economic coordination of all transport of auction stock by land or sea.The Job Assist with obtaining quotes and raising customer and purchase orders.Assist with coordinating third party equipment being shipped and transported worldwide ensuring all loads are hauled timely meeting all auction and shipping deadlinesComplete customs declarations and any regulatory paperwork as required.Source new suppliers globally ensuring routes and schedules used are efficient and cost effectiveCommunicate and update other departments on status of loadsThe Requirements Previous experience working in a similar role.Excellent forward planning skills with the ability to problem solve in pressured situationsExceptional planning and organisational skills and experience of data entryHighly organised with attention to detail and experience working to tight deadlinesAbility to report and summariseFluency in English is essential and at least one other language preferably Spanish, German or French would be desirable.Apply early as this posting will close as soon as a competitive candidate pool is identified.
