With size comes complexity, and our Transportation Performance Analysts play a key role in ensuring that parcels are delivered both timely and efficiently. You will learn logistics from one of the world leaders in this field and will have the flexibility to design your own career path.

This position involves working in a rotating three-shift system, which may include Saturdays, night shifts and on-call duty.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesPlan resources and manage disruption to transportation for your siteReport on metrics using performance dashboardsCreate automated reports for stakeholders and leadership teamsConduct root cause analysis and use insights to inform site process improvementsCommunicate and present information to the appropriate teamsA day in the life
This position is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon's current flexible work guidance. Amazon encourages open communication about unique needs for flexible arrangements.

Every day is different in this role. The work you'll conduct is both proactive and reactive, requiring you to analyse the capacity per truck for the transportation network and work quickly to resolve any operational issues. You will find improvement opportunities and implement them in the network. Based at one of our sites, you'll be where the action is and work in an environment that encourages collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. By tapping into the latest performance indicators and metrics, you'll help us unlock our network's full potential.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSRelevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with dataAdvanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA degreeExperience of working with SQL, VBA, Python, R, or other programming languagesRelevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadershipExperience in assessing operating processes and outcomes quantitatively and qualitativelyAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
