Transport Management System (Tms) Implementation Analyst

Based in Nextracker's office in Madrid , Spain, the TMS Implementation Analyst will: Manage multiple projects/initiatives related to Logistics Ops implementation projects using TMS.
Assist with integrations and ad-hoc requests related to business operations.
Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
Engage with cross-functional teams and/or carriers/vendors for implementation projects.
Provide educated judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations.
Support decision-making and strategic planning activities, serving as a key resource to senior decision-makers in the business.
Basic Qualifications & requirements 2 years of previous experience implementing TMS.
Knowledge inTMS; track & trace solutions, QR codes, etc.
Experience working with data (analysis, metrics, mining, root cause).
Advanced knowledge on MS - specially Excel Power BI Power Point.
Implementing SOP, End User Manuals, and internal instructions.
Proven independent decision-making skills in an often-ambiguous environment.
Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes Communication at all levels with the ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data B2/C1 English level - Be able to communicate fluently in English
