In this position, you will belong to the EAF Markets, which handles sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over ten countries.Job Overview:As a Transport Executive, you will be responsible for:Supporting the Call Centre by completing transportation requestsAdministration of both Amadeus and the in-house reservation systemHandling group requests efficiently for the Meetings and Events departmentCommunicating travel information to clients (including schedule changes)Assisting the Finance department in the reconciliation of Transport billings.Building relations with airline companiesYou will report to the Call Center Manager and will be part of the sales team.Main Missions:Mission 1: Supporting the Call Centre by completing transportation requestsEffectively completing all transportation requests within 4 hours (wherever possible)Finding the best flights and pricings for the client in line with their needsSupporting the call center and clients with any changes to their flightsThe booking of ancillary servicesMission 2: Administration of both Amadeus and the in-house reservation systemIssuing / reissuing ticketsChecking Amadeus Queues on a regular basis to keep on top of any ticketing issuesCompleting scheduled changes within Amadeus and informing the customerCheck no-shows and cancellations.Accurately programming flights into the in-house reservation systemMission 3: Handling group requests efficiently for the Meetings and Events departmentFinding effective and cost-efficient group flights for the Meetings and Events departmentCompleting passenger lists and seating requests as per the group's needsSupporting the groups departments in case of any flight issues (delays, flight cancellations, etc.)Mission 4: Communicating travel information to clients (including schedule changes)Proactively looking out for notices of airline strikesProactively looking out for any potential issues that would affect flights (weather, political situations)Communicating any potential transport issues to both the call center and clients in a polite and helpful mannerMission 5: Assisting the Finance department in the reconciliation of Transport billings.Supporting the Transport Manager with ADM's, ACM's and other BSP requirementsMission 6: Build relations with airline companies
