Job DescriptionDay-to-day Transport coordination between Distribution Centers activities (Inbound & Outbound), contracted Carriers and local Sales Organization.Support the business through smooth running delivery operations by keeping in mind at each step the customer focus.Ensure truck bookings, arrival, and departure timing, increase/decrease of ordered trucks.Responsible for all operational processes and the implementation throughout DC and Transport Operations.Monitor filling grade, loading, and unloading efficiency and returns handling.Managing transport tender process.Follow up, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPI).
When deviations or operational issues, monitor and take actions.Ensure a qualitative communication with all the stakeholders.Ensure transport legislation is always respected and monitor market in search of new transport/delivery options.Implement, improve, and follow up best practices and regional transport standards, delivery procedures and routines.Seek constant improvements and ensure Sustainability transport targets based on Regional Sustainability strategy and goals.Performing Split Points Audits.QualificationsExpertise in operational transport processes and planning (min.

This is a full-time position based on the Distribution Center (DC) Torrejón de Ardoz within Logistics Europe, Cluster South and reporting directly to the Outbound Operations Manager.
