.Are you a driver looking for a challenge? How about an exciting role preparing and driving passenger vehicles or military HGVs in support of our Army customers? You'll get to work independently with substantial overtime available. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services… As a driver, you're driven to perfection, and you take great care to give your passengers the best experience. You're cool, calm, and collected enough to operate a variety of vehicles (coaches, minibus, cars, vans, or Land Rovers), because you never know when your expert skills will come in handy. This means you'll need to be able to switch quickly between tasks, because one minute you could be getting a vehicle ready for the customer to pick up and the next you could be the one driving. There's only one seat on the driver's side, so you understand how to work well alone, knowing that you have a great team and manager ready to support your needs like a trusty front and rear axle. You're approachable and dependable and your customer trusts you to get them where they need to go. This will involve processing transport requests and providing fleet scheduling services to support your Army customers with their vast array of transport requirements. But first, meet the team… With a 35-year contract, making soldiers' lives better is at the heart of everything we do at Aspire Defence Services. Seriously, picture a heart (the real one) and imagine how hard it works to keep the body running, making sure every part gets exactly what it needs to thrive. That's our mission to deliver a modern, fully serviced, flexible working environment for soldiers. And just as the heart needs certain parts to keep the body alive, we need the dedication and commitment of our people to support our customers. We deliver a broad range of services for one-third of the British Army living and working on our patch, and we're proud of the work we do. We're all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance
