.IQVIA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to manage the translation development projects of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs).Job SummaryThe Associate Project Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of COA cultural adaptation. The ideal candidate will support the management of translation and linguistic validation projects, ensuring that all translations meet quality standards and project timelines. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Responsibilitieso Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of translation and linguistic validation projects, with adherence to project scope, timeline, and budgeto Help manage the extraction, translation, and integration of content across various languages and platformso Coordinate project meetings, draft agendas, and detailed meeting minuteso Coordinate linguist recruitment and manage vendor SOWs and trackerso Communicate with translation vendors and linguists to ensure timely delivery and high-quality worko Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including translation glossaries, style guides, and project planso Collaborate with instrument developers, science advisors, and/or COA managers for concept elaboration, as needed to perform translation reviewso Conduct preliminary quality checks and reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency within a language and across all languages included in a studyo Record QA findings and communicate effectively with translation providers to resolve issues before project finalization and client deliveryo Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and challengeso Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the translation process, escalating to senior project managers when necessaryo Monitor and maintain quality in project documentation, deliverables, and reportso Manage multiple, parallel complex projects simultaneouslyo Follow company and department SOPs and WIso Partner with other project managers to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and best practicesREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESo Bachelor's degreeo Min. 3 years of experience in a relevant field (e.G.
