Transition Programme Manager

Role Title : -Transition Programme Manager Location – Madrid Spain Employment Type : Permanent Technical :• 15+ Years of IT Support Experienc e• Telecom domain experienc e• Transition coordination experienc e• Good to have: ITIL Certificatio n Transition Programme Manage r:Overall, must ha ve• Strong understanding of transition concepts and methodologi es• Must be well versed with transition phases and how to plan, execute these to ensure successful transitio n.• Must have successfully executed at least 2 large transitions which includes IM, AM, AD, INFRA, SECURITY, SERVICE DESK et c.• Must have > 3 years' experience in core transition management projects and overall 12+ years of IT experience in projects with PM, PGM, DM, Release management responsibilitie s.• Must have worked in all stages of SDLC and fully conversant with Infra, Applications and Security transition aspect s.• Must be capable to lead large team of 100+ people with more than 10 direct repartees who are in senior roles like PM, Architects, BA et c.• Must be able to prepare transition methodology, transition plan and identify interdependencies, risks and issue s.• Must track transition progress on daily basis and ensure timely completion of transition and smooth handover of operation s.• Should be able to create transition progress dashboard, graphs, pivots etc.
for customer presentatio n.• Must have strong interpersonal and people management skill s.• Need to be well versed and experience with Jira & Confluence Tools.
Need to be aware of Agile delivery models i.e.
Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile et c.
