You'll work with stakeholders across multiple functions and lines of business to achieve quality results.Serve as a key point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate large, enterprise-wide projects. Ensure goals and objectives are met successfully in line with business needs. Projects will often be highly sensitive, with broad business impact or change.Manage the implementation of select projects. Coordinate and track project schedules, status/milestones, and budgets/resources. Escalate and help mitigate project risks as needed.Deliver tailored communications to diverse audiences, from team discussions to executive presentations, in a culturally relevant and inclusive style.Skills and Experience required to be successful:Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in Financial services or Fin Tech.Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.Proficiency in project management software (e.G., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Wrike) and basic IT knowledge.Expertise in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills.Proven ability in budget creation, allocation, financial forecasting, and resource management.Strong risk management skills, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Additional language skills are a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
