Transformation Program Manager – Sap (Spain With Travel To Germany)

.EPAM is looking for a Transformation Program Manager with expertise in SAP to join our team in Spain (with travel to Germany, Nuremberg area).The Transformation Program Manager SAP will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse portfolio of SAP projects, overseeing a number of delivery teams with 200+ FTEs in a complex multi-vendor and global setup. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive program management experience, a deep understanding of SAP implementations and the ability to handle multiple delivery models, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The Transformation Program Manager SAP will ensure successful end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder satisfaction and risk mitigation, all while maintaining quality, budget and scope control
