TITLE: Transformation PMO InternDEPARTMENT: Corporate - TransformationREPORTING TO: VP of Transformation OFFICE LOCATION: Madrid, SpainOverview of the Team The Transformation Team at IPC is an enterprise value creation team. Our team partners with the CEO and the Executive Leaders to help shape and drive the strategy and vision of the company. We also offer key execution and project management support to help deliver on projects that will drive IPC's future direction and long-term success. The Transformation Team's key priorities include improving IPC's margins, optimizing the labor model, growing revenue across the IPC customer base, and focusing on new products that will expand IPC's market share.
Join our Transformation Team to help support strategic projects of various sizes and scopes. You'll work with the Transformation Project Managers and key IPC stakeholders to help achieve quality results.
Role Overview: Support the Transformation Team: reporting and governance processes – including weekly project reporting and periodic presentations to executive leadership.Partner with Finance: tracking project benefits, ensuring the Transformation Team is realizing its committed financial targets.Identify opportunities and recommendations: improve the Transformation Team's processes/workflow, systems and reporting.Project focus areas: Human Resources, Business Offshoring/Outsourcing, Revenue/Growth-focused initiatives, including new business or product development.How You Will Make an Impact: Familiarity or interest in project management, strategy and execution, and financial analysis.Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Additional language skills are a plus.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.Ability to adapt as priorities change from week to week and ability to multi-task.Desired Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role: Must be willing to work from our Madrid office around 3 days per week.Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment.Comfortable managing multiple work streams and time-critical projects.Experience working in corporate fast-paced environments (ex: Financial Services or Technology organizations).Ability to be flexible in working hours, in line with department and employee needs.What does the Internship Program entail? 9-week program paid internship filled with exciting events and initiatives.
