¿What would you do at Allianz? Develops and implements business transformation strategies to respond to internal and external drivers, challenge existing practice and identify new and better ways of working to accelerate achieving strategic outcomes, whilst maintaining financial balance, increasing quality and customer satisfaction.
Define frameworks for performance evaluation. Establish a process to measure and track performance via Balanced Scorecard tools, financial and operational KPIs. Holds the business to account for delivery of agreed initiatives/outputs.
Strategic consulting skills coupled with significant experience developing and implementing communication plans to underpin and support the delivery of transformational initiatives/business change.
Significant senior management level experience with strong leadership and influential skills with a proven ability to build, develop, motivate direct and indirect teams.
Facilitates the development and implementation of the business transition plan to achieve future state stability, whilst minimizing risk to current operations and commercial objectives.
Develop strategies that will structure and optimize services and processes end to end in conjunction with Chief Transformation Officer and other key stakeholders.
¿What does Allianz need from you? Advanced graduate degree, ideally in engineering or business administration.
At least +5 years of experience in project delivery in project management office (PMO) preferably in consulting, in the context of implementation/transformation/change management projects.
Knowledge of insurance business across the value-chain: Sales, Products & Underwriting, Claims, Finance for Insurance.
Knowledge in both Non Life & Life products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong expertise in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and especially management presentations.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish.
Can-do attitude and positive influence.
Accountability and empowerment to drive your own ideas and get things done.
Experimental mindset, where innovation and transformation are your ways of working and able to introduce new trends in the market.
Qualifications including Agile, Scrum, Jira, etc, are desirable.
