Responsibilities: Assist in researching and drafting initial market entry strategies, focusing on understanding European regulatory frameworks and defense procurement processes.
Support market analysis by gathering data, identifying key opportunities, and highlighting potential risks and barriers to entry.
Collaborate with team leads to track milestones, KPIs, and timelines for market entry projects, providing administrative and coordination support.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project documentation aligns with EU defense and aerospace regulations, such as ITAR, GDPR, and national laws.
Help maintain communication with European regulatory bodies and defense agencies by organizing meetings and supporting certification and licensing processes.

Demonstrated experience contributing to market entry initiatives or international business projects, preferably in the EU or NATO-aligned markets.
Good understanding of European defense regulations, export controls, and supply chain requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply key standards.
Proven ability to manage project deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage with external partners.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with regulatory bodies or government agencies considered a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
