We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to lead and oversee strategic transformation initiatives within our organization and also consulting & supporting the changes at the client side. The candidate will be responsible for energizing the entire planning, calendar & implementation processes to drive an engaging and inspiring transformation for all stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational and client goals, guide expectations and drive engagement.
Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions both internally and at the client side.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to any financial limitations.
Onboarding and Transition Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders involved.
Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in business & project management, with proven success on transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
