Assist in crafting and executing organizational strategies, change initiatives, and processes.Ensure seamless alignment between executive leadership and departmental activities.Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with department heads.Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate performance.Promote effective collaboration and coordination among different departments.Develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and oversee the successful execution of transformation projects, with a strong emphasis on IT-related initiatives.Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.Coordinate project activities, manage resources, and monitor timelines.Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership.Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in consulting or a competitive, fast paced, performance driven environment requiring you to quickly grasp new concepts (SaaS, ecommerce, own business, private equity, consulting, ...).Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is a must (Jira, Asana, Excel, CRM, ...).Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem solving.Proven experience in managing transformation projects, organizational restructuring, and process improvements is highly desirable.Skills & Competencies
