It actively contributes to drive accelerated execution of a transformation program (drives the right focus, quality and speed).The role is a key reference point for senior "ring-fenced" subject matter experts across company functions to drive the execution of transformation programs.
The role ensures smooth cross-functional coordination.The role is responsible for leading risk assessment and impact quantification analysis, elevating key outcomes to functional leads and proposing risk-based recommendations for evaluation in transformation steering committees.The role is responsible for leading and designing program performance monitoring frameworks and tracking progress against agreed transformation goals.The role is responsible for the end-to-end design and preparation of high-quality presentations and documentation in relation to design alternatives, risk assessment and performance/status reporting to be presented in the Transformation Office and other relevant leadership forums (e.g.
Commercial Committee, Executive Committee).Responsibilities:Enables implementation of the agreed vision, tone and narrative of key transformation programs by working closely together with key "ring-fenced" functional experts and the functional leadDrives accelerated execution through optimal project governance, strategic planning and strong collaborationDesigns and prepares risk assessment and impact quantification analysis through data-driven analysis leveraging granular risk assessment methodologiesDesigns and prepares program-level performance monitoring through comprehensive KPI and OKR frameworks and rapidly escalates key issues for consideration (enable steering of "execution path")Designs, prepares and ensures E2E validation of status and progress reporting for key transformations ensuring data-driven analysis and risk-based recommendations are explained in a clear manner to enable senior management decision-makingSkills:Excellent project management and planning skillsSolid analytical, problem solving and risk management skillsStrong presentation skills to synthesize complex topics into actionable insights (for senior stakeholders)Personal sense of urgency and ability to work under pressureAbility to work in a team and to delegate tasksAbility to work with cross-functional teams (employees at all levels)Ability to manoeuvre through high uncertainty and constant changeStrong financial acumen (strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes)Propositional attitude to bring innovative ideas to maximise impact of transformation programsCoaching skills and ability to delegate, train, lead and motivate team membersExperience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing strategic projects at a global organization or in a Strategy Consulting firmExperience in the design and implementation of large-scale strategic projects and transformation programsPreferably at least 2 years in people management experienceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or relatedMaster's degree or MBA highly preferableYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
