What will you do?
Project Management: Lead transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
Identify and manage risks and issues, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between senior leadership, department heads, and project teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Facilitate regular communication with key stakeholders to provide project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns.
Ensure that end users and impacted teams are involved in the change process.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Lead efforts to analyze the impact of change on the business and create strategies for managing the transition.
Provide coaching and support to leaders to help them manage change within their teams.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
Track project progress, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and make recommendations for course corrections as needed.
Ensure that the benefits of transformation initiatives are fully realized and sustained.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional teams in process mapping, redesign, and improvement initiatives.
Implement best practices in transformation management and ensure continuous improvement.
Technology Implementation (if applicable): Oversee the implementation of new technologies as part of the transformation initiatives.
Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new tools and systems into existing workflows.
Leadership & Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of transformation analysts, project managers, and other support staff.
Promote a collaborative team environment focused on achieving transformation goals.
Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
What do we look for?
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Change Management (Prosci), or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.
Experience: 3-4+ years of experience in Consulting, managing transformation or change management projects, preferably within Tech, Data, Strategy.
Proven track record of delivering successful transformation programs in complex environments.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.
Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
In-depth understanding of change management principles and best practices.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
High level of English.
