The projects the TDL will work on can vary from defining strategy, delivering large scale organisation change, leading on integrations of new acquisitions, and leading growth in new teams. The TDL will act as a check and challenge role when working across the business to ensure we are tackling the highest priorities in order to make the biggest impact. Master degree in Business or Engineering combined with an MBA or equivalent through experienceIdeally, you have gained experience in a strategic and/or management consultancy roleExperience in dealing with senior managementExcellent communication and influencing skillsGood project management experienceDemonstrable business acumen and able to develop a strategy and think out of the boxStrong relationship management skills managing internal/external stakeholdersAnalytical, process-orientedFluent knowledge of English, both written and spokenWhich Tasks Can You Expect?
