The Mission of a Transformation Coach Contribute to develop our organizational system and how we play together to accelerate our transformation to an even stronger product and technology company, where we are thoroughly powered by technology, a product mindset, and an empowered culture. You will be an active driver to accelerate this transformation. This includes to: Improve and execute the strategy for our transition and transformation journey. We're not only here to envision the future, but to make the transition process smooth in a caring, yet challenging way. Create and continuously update our Product development playbooks, operating models, career frameworks, and other relevant enabling tools and practices Improve product discovery, planning and delivery processes that span teams and Experiences (a set of teams) Support leaders and teams to gain and develop skills to own and deliver on the team and Experience missions, and operate through objectives and KPIs that align with the goals of the company Mentor and coach leaders and teams how to develop and grow their servant leadership mindset so we bring out the leader in us all, together with our People and Culture team Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other interactive sessions to educate and support Evaluate the measure of success of how we progress on our transformation journey Work closely with relevant stakeholders to create buy-in and support for transformation initiatives Contribute to own and execute our team mission, goals and backlog with a flexible mindset We believe you identify with: You enjoy being on a team yet are happy to work independently. You have been a team member of several agile teams, and have at least 10 years of theoretical and practical experience from Product, Design, or Engineering. Experience from an organization that has undergone a significant change journey towards operating by the 'Product model' You have experience from driving change, and you enjoy doing so Experience in running projects in an agile manner, of varying size and complexity You've got great written and verbal communication skills in English You have courage, boldness, and resilience, yet remain humble and curious to learn. Needless to say you embrace servant leadership values and traits, and you thoroughly enjoy collaborating with others. You are flexible and pragmatic, and have a positive can-do attitude You live, you learn, through a growth mindset In addition, you might have: Experience from a fast-growing and scaling company Experience from implementing a Kanban enterprise system Certification as e.g. Kanban accredited trainer, Agile Project Manager, or other relevant experience Experience from coaching in field of Product Discovery This position is based in Stockholm.
