Descripción de la oferta We are looking for a Transfer Agent to join our incoming agency in Tenerife to reinforce our team. As a Transfer Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer routes in Tenerife, having a close relationship with TTOO to ensure the best quality of service and also manage incidents. If you enjoy optimising group transfers and see designing the best transfer route as a fun challenge, we'd like to meet you! The main responsibilities will be: Management and control of transfers in Tenerife. Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO. Management of claims and incidents. Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service. Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes in Tenerife A certificate of disability will be recognised Requisitos 2 years of experience in a similar position. Advanced level of English, other languages will be a plus. Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our In-house Operational Systems. Good knowledge of Tenerife area Studies of Tourism or related fieldsAvalability to work from Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday days off)
