We are currently looking for a Transactional Price Specialist / Price Admin Owner to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain. Serve as the owner and administrator of the Floor Price, Escalation and Approval systems (e.g., STAR), ensuring seamless operation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities: Manage and support the Floor Price, Escalation and Approval systems (e.g., STAR), including user access, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Be the reference stakeholder for SOX compliance in STAR, including preparation of external and internal audit and SOX reports. Lead the implementation of new system modules, including instruction material creation and training. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate STAR with other systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and enhance functionality. Support pricing process by assisting with special deal price setting, product pricing conditions, and business case calculations. Ensure compliance with Domain of Authority, HQ controls, SOX reporting, and audit requirements. Perform system testing, manage change requests, and drive resolution of bugs. Prepare and analyze STAR KPIs data for management presentations. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Audit, Sales Support, IT, STAR users) and external IT vendors to ensure system alignment and functionality. Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance (pricing), Economy or similar. 5+ years in Commercial Support (Master Data, Customer Service, Pricing or similar). Deep knowledge of Opportunity to Cash and pricing operations. Advanced data analysis and business insight, especially in Sales & Marketing. Significant SAP experience is mandatory (ideally with QP1 and BW modules). Expertise in CPQ systems (Configure Price Quote): Salesforce.com or SAP, KBMax, Epicor-CPQ, STAR or similar. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and commercial processes, including pricing approvals and sales operations in SAP. Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Strong analytical skills, multitasking, and experience in training and change management. Results-driven, adaptable, interpersonal skills.
