Writing addendumsOpen escrow and review escrow instructions for errorsEnsure that all escrow documents are complete, including appraisals, titles, and loans.Monitor deadlines during any contingency periodManage platforms for transactions like Dotloop, DocuSign Transaction Desk, etc.Uploading of signed documents and follow upSend documents for complianceDraft the seller's disclosure packet and ensure compliance with the lawCoordinate with buyers, agents, attorneys, and lenders regarding title or escrowSchedule all inspections and repairs for a propertyCoordinate moving/possession schedulesManage project management tools or software to track and close tasksDocument all communications between partiesJob Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
