Through continuous collaboration, technological integration, and market adaptability, we strive to establish BYD Group with its excellent automotive brands in Europe, all while championing unparalleled customer experiences.About the role:As the Regional Sales Excellence Specialist – Spain & Portugal (Training Specialist), you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customer-facing teams in Spain & Portugal are fully skilled and equipped to deliver consistently outstanding and meaningful customer experiences.You will localize, optimize and deliver sales training materials and content that will ensure that our digital, retail and dealer-based sales teams have the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors they will need to deliver excellence at every stage of our customer journey for passenger cars: from initial lead enquiry through to vehicle delivery and customer loyalty retention.You will be expected to develop and execute high-quality and impactful sales training for each of our New Energy Vehicle (NEV) model available in Europe. The training will be delivered ideally in-person through our dealer's network, or virtually online, as a result, this position requires a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively develop teams and individuals to deliver an exceptional customer experience.In addition to the above, you will also assume the role of Regional Training Partner for Spain & Portugal. This requires close coordination with the training, product, sales, network development, and relevant teams in the NSC. Locally, you will report to the Regional Sales Excellence Lead for your day-to-day tasks, but also, you will be a member of the European Sales Training Department, reporting directly to the European Training Program Manager.Key Objectives & Responsibilities:Adapt the EU Training Master Plan (TMP) and Certification Program to meet the specific needs of the Spain & Portugal market.Deliver impactful, effective, and efficient sales and product training sessions and content, balancing digital, virtual, and physical learning methods.Manage the database of market dealer staff in Learning Platforms and Tools in close collaboration with the Training Coordination Team
