Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will work as a Training/eLearning Specialist for our client. The role of the Training/eLearning Specialist is to support the Learning and Development (L&D) needs of the Player Support teams through digital and in-person training solutions. This role focuses on identifying learning gaps and developing blended learning programs, leveraging digital authoring tools and eLearning platforms to enhance knowledge retention and performance among trainers and team members. In addition to creating engaging eLearning content, the specialist will deliver live training, provide onboarding support, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of learning objectives with business goals. Responsibilities: Conduct needs analysis to identify learning gaps and develop engaging digital and instructor-led learning solutions. Design and develop eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud to enhance the learning experience. Create interactive and visually engaging multimedia content, including videos, quizzes, simulations, and gamified elements, to support knowledge retention and application. Deliver onboarding training, both digitally and in-person, for new hires and trainers, ensuring consistency and alignment with company standards. Develop and maintain a centralized library of digital training materials, ensuring resources are current, accessible, and aligned with changing product or procedural updates. Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and regional managers to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve learning resources based on feedback and data-driven insights. Build and implement blended learning plans that incorporate a mix of digital and in-person elements, catering to diverse learner needs and geographical locations. Review, test, and troubleshoot eLearning content to ensure it functions seamlessly across various devices and platforms. Support the professional development of trainers, including peer reviews, eLearning instructional feedback, and mentorship in instructional best practices. Report on training effectiveness and learning outcomes, using data to measure engagement, retention, and on-the-job performance. Participate in global learning initiatives, contributing to the design and rollout of scalable eLearning programs. What are we looking for? Proven experience with eLearning design and development tools, particularly Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Creative Cloud. Instructional design skills, with demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning methodologies. Experience in creating multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive modules. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and tracking training effectiveness metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and creative content development. Strong analytical skills to evaluate training needs and measure program success. Qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, or a related field desirable. Experience in customer service centers or a high-paced, dynamic environment is a plus. Flexibility to work remotely and onsite as needed. Who are TDCX?
