Descripción de la oferta : Within the corporate people team as Training & Recruitment Manager your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the development and implementation of effective training programs for employees while managing the recruitment and onboarding processes.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and motivated workforce.
You will report to the corporate people director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs to address the needs of employees at various levels within the organization.
Implement a variety of training methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
Recruitment Strategy: Work closely with hiring managers to understand and anticipate their staffing needs and priorities.
Conduct job interviews and participate in the selection process for key positions.
Design and coordinate the internship program.
Onboarding Process: Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires.
Ensure that new employees receive necessary training, orientation, and resources to integrate seamlessly into the organization.
Facilitate a positive onboarding experience that promotes engagement and retention.
Compliance and Documentation: Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
Ensure that training and recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and recruitment efforts.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the training and recruitment budget effectively.
Evaluate the return on investment for training programs and recruitment activities.
Requisitos : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (7+ years) in training and recruitment, with a focus on creating and implementing effective programs.
Strong understanding of talent development, learning methodologies, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
