The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering a best-in-class European Internal Training Program, supporting all activities within the internal training department to ensure accomplishment of results as needed.

Travelling is required: 60% - you will be executing training in Garching by Munich and training/observing FCS in the field during their certification (Europe).
How you will make an impact:
Develop overarching training strategy and methodology for multiple curricula utilizing education principles (e.g., Bloom's taxonomy, VARK) to increase competencies about technical content for internal team members.
Continuously assess the trainees and team members' competencies.
Adapt delivery to achieve training standards and outcomes utilizing technical expertise and education principles.
Establish and maintain training project timelines, drive communication to stakeholders.
Objectively measure the effectiveness of educational tools, resources, and programs (e.g., post-meeting survey instruments, clinical field feedback) and lead the implementation of improvements.
Support training content creation and review, ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
Manage new product launches and ensure readiness in all internal training aspects.

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a health-related area, 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry required, or Master's Degree or equivalent in a health-related area, 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry required.
Cardiology/Structural Heart expertise, experience.
Imaging - Echocardiography knowledge is a big plus.
What else we look for:
Proven ability to design and deliver training about medical devices for cardiology, ideally structural heart interventional cardiology.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships to drive alignment of objectives. Ability to coordinate, build consensus, and persuade others.
Proven knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
Strict attention to detail.
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Project management skills.
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
