We expect our sales team to be experts on our product lines and the conditions the drugs have been developed to treat. As part of our Sales Training team, you will be helping them to anticipate and answer questions about Pfizer products and develop their knowledge to highlight their benefits. In this role, you will have the critical job in helping our front line in understanding and communicating our pro-innovation and pro-patient policies to make our products available to as many patients and providers as possible.
What You Will Achieve
You will help Pfizer provide support to sales representatives (sales staff and sales management) and channel partners by developing, planning and conducting training on techniques of selling the organization's products and services. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that focus on sales techniques and presentations, product information, group referencing and role play. You may also work with product managers or marketing teams to develop a sales strategy and incorporate this strategy into the training programs. As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements and providing areas of improvement for products, processes, or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams. It is your hard work and dedication that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.
How You Will Achieve It
- Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the division.
- Work closely with Training Team Lead to ensure local and regional business requirements and needs are met through the execution of annual training partner plans/agreements.
- Manage the design, development and delivery of regional training programs in alignment with local business strategies.
- Manage, deliver and sustain training programs in partnership with the local/regional business ensuring effective delivery standards with evaluation and communication of training outcomes to the business.
- Direct the design, implementation and continuous updates of training curriculum to include planning, logistics management, participant conduct, content development and budgeting.
- Deliver and coordinate Training Courses/Programs for Face to Face (F2F) and Virtual Classroom Training (VCT).
- Create and manage strong relationships with Business Unit Leadership, including Marketing, Medical, Sales, Regulatory and Legal to aggressively prioritize needs and manage demand.
- Localize trainings appropriately by partnering with local SMEs to ensure effective execution of the delivery model.
Qualifications:
Must-Have
- Bachelors' Degree and 5+ years of experience.
- Strong written and verbal skills, including interpersonal communication.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and strong competency with tools related with LMS management.
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation and writing skills.
- Good level of English so as to be able to deliver workshops for other countries or regions.
- Excellent organizational abilities. Capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Demonstrated experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a matrix structure.
