L&D unites all different Learning & Development solutions across Pfizer and generates a complete learner experience helping colleagues to become the best versions of themselves and be experts on our product lines to highlight their benefits to patients. In this role, you will have the critical job in helping our front line in understanding and communicating our pro-innovation and pro-patient policies to make our products available to as many patients and providers as possible.ROLE SUMMARYThe role of the L&D manager is to manage and deliver the end-to-end learning journeys in line with the business needs, by partnering with local/cluster stakeholders (eg. Sales Leads, Marketeers, Medical managers, CFE, PX, etc) ensuring high quality trainings, support and solutions.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESWork with SHs (eg Sales Lead, Marketing and Medical colleagues) to gain a deep understanding of business training priorities and needs to be included in the training plan.Support/deliver end to end L&D delivery process (from needs gathering to outcome monitoring, including translate, adapt and manage the approval process of Global Training contents to local environment) brand, skills and CFCs Tools in close collaboration with medical, marketing and SME teams, utilizing global & local resources in a blended approach (F2F, self-led etc).Participate to L&D projects, pilots in country and/or at cluster/regional level.Leverage learning technology to deliver training courses using the global Training tools & platforms.Contribute to the delivery of cross markets/regional training programs when needed.QUALIFICATIONSAt minimum bachelor's degree in sciences, and/or equivalent in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc. Master's degree preferred.5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/training experience would be an asset.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of working collaboratively in country and across countries and functions.Strong presentation and facilitation skills both 'face to face' and 'virtual'.Fluency in written and verbal English
