Training implementation and delivery also includes coordinating logistics, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.Knowledge base Management - Support our Learning Management System administration, learning the use of the platform and the proper use of it, aligning content creation on the platform with the defined structure.Contributing to the development and maintenance of a robust knowledge base repository accessible to all business teams. This involves ensuring that training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and readily available in our Learning Management System to support ongoing learning and development initiatives.Professional development - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EV charging technology, industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials and sessions.Continuous Improvement - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics. The Training Specialist is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to training content and delivery methods.RequirementsLanguages - Full fluency in English and French is mandatory.
